Construction is expected to be completed at the end of June, 2009.
This work should begin sometime in mid-summer after the move into Michaux House is completed.
We have raised a little more than $7.7 million. Gifts are expected from the St. James’s Endowment Fund, Inc. and several foundations.
Make your pledge to Fan the Flame by contacting Frances Caldwell at Fcaldwell@doers.org or 355-1778 ext. 35. Since pledge payments will not be completed when construction is finished, St. James’s will have bridge financing costs which could exceed $500,000. Because St. James’s could save as much as $60 in financing costs for every $1,000 of campaign pledges paid one year ahead of schedule, we hope you will consider accelerating your payment schedule.
