Volunteers Needed for Fall project:HOMES

St. James’s fall project:HOMES opportunity is just around the corner! We are looking for volunteers on Saturday, October 15 at the home of Linda and Willard Mason, 900 Branwell Road, Richmond, 23225. Willard is wheelchair bound due a car accident several years ago, so our primary job will be to widen the bathroom door and expand the bathroom itself to make it easier for Willard to have access. No special skills are required to help, just ready hands and a joyful spirit.

If we have enough volunteers, we will be able to handle these important jobs and give some attention to the Mason’s yard. We will start at 8:00 a.m. and finish by 5:00 p.m. If you can join us for a wonderful day of service and fellowship, please contact Andy Smith at your earliest convenience. This will help us plan which jobs we can get done on the October 15.
